We are experiencing a high volume of orders and our process time has increased to 7 business days.
Upon product fulfillment you will receive an email with a shipping confirmation and a tracking number. Once your order is labeled, you can expect to see tracking information updated within 2-3 business day from there.

UNITED STATES
All Priority, Standard, and Free Standard shipping orders require 2-5 business days to process prior to shipping. The Estimated Delivery window begins once your order has finished processing.

TAXES + DUTIES
Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) : Darling Embers is not in control of any country specific tariffs or duties imposed on your order by your respective government. If you used a promotional code on your order, you will be charged taxes + duties on the original price of the items.
INTERNATIONAL PO BOXES
We are unable to deliver to international Post Office (PO) box addresses. Our international courier can only accept deliveries to standard addresses.
PLEASE NOTE:
- ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY will not be processed until Monday as our business is closed on Saturday + Sundays.
- PREORDER ITEMS are not eligible for Priority or Express Shipping, as these items often ship separately at a future delivery date.
- PREORDER ITEMS – Payment is charged immediately at checkout. Not when the item ships.
- Preordering is voluntary and if at any time you would like to cancel your Preorder for a full refund to method of payment, please do so prior to the shipment announcement on our website. Once the shipment announcement has been made there will be no refunds on the item purchased.
- If you need to cancel your Preorder, or Update in any way, please email our customer support team at support@darlingembers.com. Please provide your Name and Order number in the subject line.
- If you are ordering a Preorder item with an In-Stock item, you will only be charged Shipping once. We will not charge you again once your Preorder has shipped.
- For Returns on Preorders, you have 7 days from the day the order was received, not from the date of shipment – not the date on the original invoice as this is the Order date.
- We do our very best to communicate all details for Preorders on the Products page as we are projecting a high volume of orders for New Launching pieces or items in high demand for restock and each piece is individually made. It is not possible to contact everyone individually.
- If at any time you need further details, please refer to the product page for updated information on shipment timeframe, or please contact us at the above email and we will be happy to assist!
- Our Preorder items are best-selling or much anticipated launch pieces for Darling Embers that have received a high volume of pre-order, restock or social viral interest.
- Preorders can take anywhere from 1-8 weeks depending on the material, stones, design, complexity, quantity and details of the item.
- The date listed on the Preorder page is an approximation communicated by our designers and we only update as more information is provided. If you do not see an update, then we do not have further information at this time.
- Pre-Order items are not presently in stock as they are still being individually made. You will be notified upon shipment when your item goes out, shipping is already paid for at checkout and you will not be charged again.
- DARLING EMBERS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES // If your package arrives damaged, you must contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- INFORMATION ACCURACY // Please confirm your address, ring size and all information before submitting your order at checkout. If you fail to put the correct ring size at checkout during a launch we cannot guarantee to be able to swap out for the correct size until the next restock.
