While shipping carriers are currently experiencing a higher volume of orders than usual, we are committed to ensuring your product’s safe arrival. Should you encounter a “delivered” notification from our carrier without receiving your package, kindly reach out to the carrier after thoroughly searching your residence. In the event you are unable to locate your package through the carrier, our store policy entitles us to either reissue your order or extend store credit within 14 days of the scheduled delivery date.
